Our Ordering Process accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. You may place your order on line, or if you prefer you may fax your order to 909-336-9537. All processes are routed through an encrypted credit card authorization process that assures the security of the transaction. WE DO NOT SELL OR RENT ANY LISTINGS OF CUSTOMERS TO OTHER PARTIES.
In some cases, photography may show computer or other office equipment placed on furniture to communicate the use of the product. No equipment is included in the pricing stated. Chair arms are included where noted, if notation is not made, no arms are included in the pricing stated.
B. Order Confirmation.
On receipt and verification of your order, our system will automatically E-mail a confirmation to you, detailing the specifics as received and the total charge to your credit card. If for any reason this is incorrect, please call us immediately to reconcile the order.

Receipt of Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. In some cases, and in all cases as regards overstock or discontinued product, the products are subject to the quantities on hand with the manufacturer.
C. Freight and Delivery.
It is eNetFurniture's policy to quote DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR or dock pricing whenever feasible. 90% of the products on the site are quoted in this manner, no shipping cost, no handling, and no extras. The exceptions are primarily in two areas, large custom reception desks, and certain medical tables and cabinets

For Inside Delivery or Carry Ups, freight companies do charge extra. This is not true for UPSable items. If you will require inside delivery or delivery/insatllation beyond door or dock on non UPSable items, please e-mail us in advance to confirm freight charges.
Residential delivery is not always possible and, if the item is not UPSable, will incur additional charges.
Lead-time for shipment from our manufacturers varies.  Many items are available to be delivered the VERY NEXT DAY.  Normally you should receive you purchase within 2-3 weeks. If for any reason this lead-time will not be met we will e-mail the changes to you and ask for your confirmation. For any significant delays, we will re-credit your credit card charge, charging it again at the time of shipment.
Quoted delivered prices are applicable within the Continental United States only. Please E-mail us for rates to Alaska or  Hawaii.   
Although eNetFurniture.com makes every effort to update prices to manufacturer input, they are subject to change without notice.
In certain cases, notably Fireproof Files and Safes, Inside Delivery is almost always required. These deliveries, or others, assume non union receipt. In some cases, specific union agreements may require their assistance for which other, and often substantial charges, may be applicable. Please assure your representation of the delivery is correct.
D. Do We Charge Sales Tax?
eNetFurniture.com is located in California and therefore must collect applicable sales tax on items delivered in California, our rate is 7.75%.    If you live elsewhere, we are currently not required to collect sales tax at the time of sale. In some states you may be responsible for other taxes and this is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
E. Order Cancellation.
Please be sure of your order before placing it. We have asked our vendors to expedite our orders in order to provide excellent service to you. If you decide to cancel the order, please call us immediately and we will check the status of the order with the manufacturer. If it has already been shipped, you would be liable for the freight portion of the sales price on a round trip basis. Some manufacturers also charge a restocking fee of 15-30% on  cancellations.
F. Damages / Returns / Duplicate Orders.
Please inspect the item, both in the box and out, as it arrives to assure it is damage free.
Damages not noted at the time of delivery are the customer's responsibility. eNetFurniture.com's relationship with most manufacturers includes their ability to send out replacement parts direct to you for any portion of the product damaged in transit. If there is serious damage we will request your assistance so that we may file a claim with the carrier, and will request the manufacturer reship your product as soon as possible.
Returns are accepted by most manufacturers only if returned in an unopened box. 
Duplicate orders are the customer's responsibility. Please review your e-mail confirmation carefully.
Product and fabric colors may vary in their reproduction on site and the colors or finishes shown in the product pictures may not be the same as those offered for sale on the site as manufacturers tend to provide photography only in one color or finish per product.
G. Product Warranties.
Individual product warranty periods are shown with the product presentation. Manufacturer warranties are typically limited to the materials and workmanship of the product, and do not exceed the cost paid for the product. They are subject to normal usage depreciation. eNetFurniture.com makes no warranty in excess of the manufacturers stated warranty and only the manufacturers warranty may be applicable from a product liability viewpoint regarding any injuries sustained in usage of the product.
