Return of purchased product varies with the manufacturer. All manuafcturers on site have product warranties on safe arrivals and replacement  products or parts are sent at no charge when freight damage occurs.

We always recommend asking for fabric and finish samples when there is any doubt in your mind and we send these out daily via Priority Mail.

As a general statement product that you wish to return should be in the original unopened carton, and you should notify us immediately upom receipt.  The manuafcturer will charge the original cost of freight to you, and the return freight to them, as well as a restocking fee, usually around 20%.

Certain products where there are custom color selections or the product is made to order rather than a stock item are not returnable.
